游击战术学校（GTS）的功能与 原版 XCOM 2 类似，提供新兵训练（允许选择职业）和全队技能加成。Long War允许通过 GTS 升级新增 军官 训练槽位，每个槽位消耗 35 补给和 1 点电力。最多可建造两个槽位，其中第二个槽位需要兵营中有一名上士。GTS 的升级还增加了新的物资消耗要求，高阶军官的等级会限制更大规模小队渗透的升级。

Notes:
- Large Unit Infiltrations and Tactical Infiltrations apply retroactively. In other words, they reduce infiltration time to missions that have already begun infiltrating.
